Crimson Clover Sprouting Seeds


Crimson Clover Sprouts are crunchy, mild, refreshing and highly nutritious!  Yet another example of a low calorie highly concentrated source of some of the most beneficial nutrients known to man, including enzymes and antioxidants.

Crimson Clover Sprouting Seeds provide vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins and vitamin K. A 100 g serving of clover sprouts provides 14 percent of your daily value for vitamin C and 38 percent of your daily value for vitamin K.   Also, provides a small amount of several essential ones, including calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and magnesium.

Directions for Sprouting Seeds:

Place 2 tablespoons Red Clover Seeds in a quart jar or other sprouting container. 
Cover with a sprouting screen or mesh sprouting lid and soak 8 hours or overnight.
Drain all water off the alfalfa seeds.
Lay jar on its side, repeat rinsing seeds 2 times per day.
Sprouts should be ready within 5 to 6 days.
Drain well and transfer to a covered container and refrigerate.
Sprouts will keep refrigerated for several days.
