Directions for Sprouting Seeds:
Place 2 tablespoons Crimson Clover Seeds in a quart jar or other sprouting container.
Cover with a sprouting screen or mesh sprouting lid and soak 8 hours or overnight.
Drain all water off the alfalfa seeds.
Lay jar on its side, repeat rinsing seeds 2 times per day.
Sprouts should be ready within 5 to 6 days.
Drain well and transfer to a covered container and refrigerate.
Sprouts will keep refrigerated for several days.
