Healthy Eats: Paleo Japanese Soup
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Chicken Stock or Broth
- 1 ½ Tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- ½ cup chopped Green Onions
- 1 Tbsp Sherry
- ½ Tbsp Japanese 7 Spice Blend
- ½ cup Assorted Mushrooms
- ½ cup lemon juice (optional)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Combine stock, sherry, Japanese 7 Spice Blend, lemon, and coconut oil.
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn the heat down to a simmer, then add the green onions and mushrooms.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
