5 Flu Fighting Tips
It’s that time of year again. The leaves are changing, there’s a nice crispness to the air. But ut oh, you got that tickle starting. Try as you might to stay healthy during the cold and flu seasons, you might still come down with the flu. Up to one in five Americans will come down with the flu this year with a range of symptoms from the mild to the more severe.
Getting an annual flu shot in advance of flu season is the most recommended preventative method according to the CDC. As we have experienced first hand that a flu shot won’t necessarily prevent the flu, we like to shore up our immune system with Daily Dose. Daily Dose is our house Apple Cider Vinegar herbal blend packed with immune boosting herbs!

Showers
Take a long sit down and steam up your shower. This can be a great way to help yourself manage a stuffy nose and soothe a cough.
