Detox With Tea
We are pretty wary of trendy diet fads around here. Especially when you hear about celebrity endorsed mirecials of health. All liquid diets aren’t really sustainable over a long period of time, and most have pretty questionable research to back their claims. But a tea detox is a much more gentle approach to detoxing. Just as a few cups a day to your existing, healthy diet rather than replacing entire meals.
It's already known that tea has many benefits to your health and detoxing with tea isn’t a new idea. In fact this is a practice that’s been around for centuries and has even been used by our ancestors world over. Even modern nutritionists agree that drinking tea when you wake up and before bed can help jumpstart your metabolism in the morning and wind down for the evening, depending on which variety you choose.
So what are the best detox teas to choose? We recommend you start with one of our custom blended detox teas.
