sprouts are considered a natural medicine and are excellent for a
healthy body and mind development.

Nutritional Value of Sprouts:
The sprouts have the highest nutritional value when they are seedlings and contain a greater concentration of nutrients like:

Healthy Eats:
Skinny Spicy Sprout Soup (serves two)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek Sprouts
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp carrot, grated
- 2 garlic pod, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp arrowroot powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
- Wash the Fenugreek Sprouts and boil them in 4 cups of water.
- Drain them and keep them aside, do not throw out the water.
- Heat the oil in a heavy pan.
- Add the onion, garlic, paprika powder arrowroot powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the carrot, cabbage, sprouts, and continue to stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the stock- water used to boil the sprouts.
- Bring it to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the salt, chilli sauce, stirring continuously at a simmer for three minutes.
- Serve steaming hot with scallions as garnish.
